STORE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items.The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. 

To begin the return process, please send an email to info@bandoboutique.com with tracking information for the returned item(s). The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

In order to receive any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Conditions: 

  • Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.

  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear / Cover-ups

  • Lingerie

  • Visibly Worn items

  • Select White Items

  • Items outside of policy window
